No i went to catch 2012 at town again on saturday. It's good. And ever since, my everyday studying had been rather unproductive. DISCIPLINE.

Hopefully this is the last time I hit town before final term exams cease. We visited a total of 6 or 7 topman/topshop outlets today, trying to hunt down the piece of belt leonard wanted. Luckily we found it at the very last stop.

The christmas tree outside ion is particularly interesting.

You can actually enter it and when within, there are really pretty lightings when you look up.

Gotta focus on revision now. (:

Oh btw. ORD jiu ORD lah. Why do army guys add a LOHHHHH behind, like "ORD LOH!" Do they have more kick saying it that way?

Receiving the grades today made us glad that our efforts have paid off.

Almost forgotten who Clement is till Weiqin told me that Taking Back Sunday's album was recently released that I'm reminded of him. We had simple lunch over in my school due to rainy weather and well, it's been so long since we last met! All the guys are ORD-ing so very soon already! Time really flies. Clement recommended me to listen to All Time Low and now i'm hooked to Therapy.

I think heading town is really a disastrous thing for me to do. Leonard and I splurged again. How to resist temptations, teach me.

<3 <3 <3

Has the monsoon season set in already? It seems to be pouring every now and then. Looks like east coast and swimming trips aren't gonna come true very soon.

Due date for MNO video project today. It came as a shock when our 10 min video became soundless when liyana, my proj mate, tried compressing it into a smaller file so that it could be contained in a disc. The video initially occupied 160G (that was freaking huge. compare that with my 8G phone or mp3)! We couldnt hand it up on time, and hence had to stay back after school to find ways to compress it. By hook or by crook, we gotta get it handed it today as our tutor claimed it would be unfair for the other groups who handed up on time. Well, she was already being kind to give us some time extensions to fix this technical issue.

To be frank, I was kinda reluctant and sore at the beginning about having to stay back after lecture at 4pm to solve the problem. But i figured it wouldnt be nice for liyana to stay back alone struggling to fix it herself. Moreover, she's the kind one who voluntarily did all the video editing. In the end, i'm glad stephanie and i went to find her coz during the 2 hrs we took to finally get it done, i got to know more about liyana when steph was away. At first, liyana was just a project mate to me. But after some private time sitting together and randomly chatting while waiting for the video to compress today, I think it brought us one step closer into knowing each other more, even though it may be the slightest bit in the short time spent tgt. I learned not to judge a book by its cover. I'm always prone to do so, I guess it's a habit that grew within me, and it's pretty hard to eradicate. After the short chat with her and witnessing her being all meticulous and serious in our project made me appreciative and thankful about having her as my group mate.

It's true that in university, your project mates are merely your acquaintances, not your friends. Hi-bye acquaintances dont leave footsteps in your life. Only friends do. Receiving her msg to us girls after completing our project today warmed my heart. To me, that's a simple gesture that means a great deal. While I'm relieved that the second project is already off my shoulders, I'm also happy about the experiences earned and friendships forged along the way.

On a side note, I've caught My Sister's Keeper already. Totally activated my tear glands. At times when humans are really not in control, is everything all prescribed by fate?

Han's belated birthday celebration last friday. I didn't really enjoy myself very much because at the back of my mind, i was constantly worrying about my 2 projects!

So, my weekends were burnt doing the 2 projects. For Sunday's project, I've got to head to Hougang, Bt Panjang and then Bishan. Pls do visit www.savingsaid.wordpress.com to learn more our project and join the facebook group our group created S-aid: Saving Said, Serving Society. I had probably invited some of you though.

(The pictures are supposed to appear in collage form but it followed a line format apparently. Anyway I cant be bothered.) We had a hard time looking for people with lorry to help us in transferring the mattress to said house, building up the D.I.Y cabinet from Ikea for Said, packing up his kitchen etc etc etc. Thankfully we had kaiyuan to help us.

Arr, i just wish to get all projects over and done with. They really get on my nerves.

Read Peggy Chang's blog entry on '10 Reasons Why Relationships Fail' and I find it scarily true. Really got me reflecting about myself. Go search it up at her blog. It's useful advice. I hope I can be a better girlfriend.
